The 9th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 will be held in Jaipur today. The match will be played at Sawai Mansingh Stadium between the first champion in league history Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Delhi Capitals (DC), who are waiting for their first title.

Delhi captain Rishabh Pant will play his 100th match in the IPL. For the last six years, Rajasthan has not been able to beat Delhi on its home ground. The last win was in 2018. After this, a match was played in 2019, in which Delhi won. After this, now both the teams will face each other here.

This will be the second match of both teams in the 17th season. Rajasthan started with a win by defeating Lucknow. Whereas Delhi had to face defeat against Punjab.

RR and DC have mixed records in head-to-head:-

So far 27 matches have been played in IPL between Rajasthan and Delhi. Rajasthan won 14 and Delhi won 13.

So far, six matches have been played between the two teams at Rajasthan's home ground Jaipur's Sawai Mansingh Stadium. Of these, RR won four and DC won two. That means Rajasthan has won 66.67% of the matches against Delhi on home ground.
